IGLO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("IGLO International") is a leading integrated temperature-controlled logistics provider with presence in Malaysia, China and Vietnam.
Through our highly experienced staff and own designed multiple temperature-controlled facilities, we provide flexible and cost efficient logistics services from refrigerated warehousing to supply chain management for perishable products.
IGLO International was incorporated in 2002 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haisan Resources Berhad ("Haisan"), the holding company for the Haisan Group, with the aim to invest in temperature-controlled logistics business outside of Malaysia.
Haisan has more than 35 years of history, and was subsequently listed on the Second-Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since January 2001. Haisan’s core busines activities focus on the Third Party Logistics in Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Dry Warehousing, Industrial Refrigeration Engineering and Ice Manufacturing.

HAISAN started the TCL division in 1995 through IGLO (M) Sdn. Bhd. with implemented a state-of-the-art Multiple Temperature-Controlled Facility ("MTCF") located in Port Klang, Malaysia.

By the early-2000s the Company has become a leading cold-chain company in Malaysia and soon after HAISAN established IGLO International in 2002 to provide cold-chain logistics services to neighbouring asia countries.
In 2003, IGLO International has built the modernized MTCF in the Philippines through its joint-venture subsidiary, IGLO Phils. Inc in year 2003. In the same year, IGLO International ventured into China with established a wholly-owned subsidiary, IGLO (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd to set-up a MTCF in Guangzhou.

In March 2006, IGLO International expanding its TCL business into the China market with set-up another wholly-owned subsidiary, IGLO (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, which now carries out preparatory work on the construction of MTCF in Shanghai Minhang Industrial district.

In October 2006, IGLO International has purchased a 90,000 square meters land in Viet Hoa Industrial Park of Ho Chi Minh City and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, IGLO (Saigon) Inc. to expand its temperature-controlled logistics business in Vietnam. The land will be used for the construction of a multiple temperature-controlled facility (MTCF) which is targeted to start operating in the fourth quarter of 2008. And on 11 May 2007, IGLO International Limited had officially broken ground on the first state-of-the-art multi-temperature-controlled facility (MTCF) in Vietnam.

In January 2007, IGLO International has purchased a 43, 444 square meters (equal to 65.166 mu) land located in central Beijing to expand its cold chain network in China. IGLO International is also mapping out plans to set up the sole ownership or the joint-venture company in other main city of China such as Beijing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu in the next few years.

| Later in March 2007, IGLO International has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of its 50% in IGLO Phils. Inc to its Philippine partners. The disposal was in line with the Group’s initiative to rationalize its investment management business. |
