On 11 October 2006, IGLO International Limited has purchased a 90,000 square meters land in Viet Hoa Industrial Park of Ho Chi Minh City for its future temperature-controlled logistics business in Vietnam.

The land will be used for the construction of a multiple temperature-controlled facility (MTCF) which is targeted to start operating in the fourth quarter of 2007.  

And on 11 May 2007, IGLO International Limited had officially broken ground on the first state-of-the-art multi-temperature-controlled facility (MTCF) in Vietnam. 

The new MTCF will be built using Haisan’s in-house Engineering capability. This specialized division has a combined experience of more than 35 years in manufacturing industrial refrigeration equipments and constructing integrated cold room facilities that conform to global quality standards. 

This USD12 million MTCF is not only meant for frozen and chilled food products, but also aim to serve higher end industries for the storing of pharmaceutical and industrial commodities.

The 14,250 square meters MTCF, due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2007, will comprise 15,000 pallet spaces of chilled and frozen storage rooms in different racking configurations, accommodate temperatures ranging from +18^oC to -28^oC.
