Haisan establish cold chain logistics in India

Replicate IGLO's successful cold chain logistics business model in Malaysia and China.

Haisan Resources has signed a memorandum of understanding with a member of the Beta Food Empire Group, a large food processing group, to establish a cold chain logistics operation, as a joint venture, in India.

The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, IGLO International, will start discussions on the JV with the Indian-based group's subsidiary Pace CFS.

The joint venture is expected to replicate IGLO's successful cold chain logistics business model in Malaysia and China. Pace CFS will assist in the execution of the project and market the supply chain services throughout India. Pace CFS operates a container freight station in Kochi, in the Indian state of Kerala.
