Haisan expands into India

HAISAN Resources Bhd, through its unit Iglo International Ltd, has begun talks with Beta Empire Group's Pace CFS Pvt Ltd, aimed at expanding its cold chain network into India. Both Iglo and Pace CFS signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) yesterday to form a joint-venture cold chain logistics company in India. The equity participation in the joint- venture company will be decided through a shareholders' agreement, which shall be entered into shortly.
